WHAT KIND OF CHURCH ARE YOU? We are a regional, non-denominational, full-gospel, renewal church that is committed to igniting, inspiring, facilitating, and maintaining a reformation that will grow more glorious until Christ returns.
 
WHO ARE YOU RELATED TO? Although we are independent, meaning we are self-governed by local elders, we do have relationship with Bethel Church and the leadership team in Redding, CA. They act as our covering and also as trans-local overseers. Their leadership team speaks into the lives of our leadership, to the entire church, and is ready to help in any dispute that cannot be settled locally. [See Link to Bethel Redding under RESOURCES]
 
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IF I VISIT YOU?
We believe you will experience the God of love, and the love of our people. We appreciate people that visit us. Our heart is to welcome you in, and honor you for visiting with us. We do not believe in high pressure sales jobs to get you to come back.
 
One of the ways that we honor our first time visitors is to give them a book written by Kris Vallotton. Kris is the Sr. Associate Leader of Bethel Church in Redding, CA. The book is entitled THE SUPERNATURAL WAYS OF ROYALTY. We also ask our visitors to stay after the service so that we can bless them by praying for them. It is not mandatory but most of our visitors stay and are extremely blessed.
 
HOW LONG DO YOUR SERVICES LAST?
That is a great question. They normally last two hours. That does not include any ministry time at the end and any fellowship that goes on afterwards. We understand people are very busy, but we also understand, and greatly desire to spend time in worship, in the Word, in ministry, and in fellowship. We do not rush the Lord, or His people.
 
WHAT IS YOUR WORSHIP STYLE? Our style is contemporary, Biblical, Davidic, enthusiastic, energetic, and real. We do not worship with our lips only but with our hearts [lives] as well. When you study the life of King David, and the Psalms you find that the Hebrews worshiped with all their being.
 
WHAT IS YOUR DRESS CODE? We believe in dressing modestly. We want people to focus on Jesus and not on what someone is, or is not wearing. Most people dress casual. Kevin, our Sr. Leader, never wears a tie.
 
DO YOU HAVE CHILDCARE? Yes, children are important to the Lord, and to us. We do not believe in just babysitting. Jesus said, “do not stop the children from coming to Me.” We believe in training even the youngest among us to know Jesus and to be His disciple. We use age appropriate material and methods in our training.
 
During our corporate worship services we have nursery for newborns through age 4. We have children’s church for ages 5 through 12 in our 10:45 service. Most of our parents keep their children in the worship time and then take them to the nursery when the older ones are released to children’s church.
