Kevin’s Pitch History

Some time back [in 2004] a very good friend [Randy Bruno, aka: Coach] suggested that I begin looking for different ways to sow spiritual seed [the Word of God] and not limit myself to Sunday preaching. I have prayed and thought about this suggestion and I believe it may be time to begin [2005].

One of the suggested ways was to have regular words sent out over the net. So I have begun sending out monthly and possibly weekly words to different people on my mailing list. If you do not want to have these words sent to you please let me know by email. Otherwise, I will assume you would like to hear what I have to say [oh my].

The plan will be to eventually get our website up and running [2006 PTL!] and have these words posted on the site. Maybe even get them on the site where they can be heard also. Faith comes by hearing not just reading.

Anyway, I will send these messages out under the heading of "Kevin's Pitch" to honor my past as a baseball player [Farm League in 1964 through AAA with the Chicago Cubs in 1979].
