A group of Bethel people were eating in Zaxby's Restaurant after church. Kevin went to refill a couple of drinks and noticed a very big [not fat] man dragging his left leg. Kevin asked him what was wrong and he said that he was a professional wrestler and he was kicked in his left knee the night before in a match. He said it was very painful and that he could not bend it.

Kevin asked him his name and he said, "Joe". Kevin then asked if he could pray for his knee, and Joe said, "Yeeahh!" Kevin then asked if he was  a Christian and Joe said, "Yeeeaaahhh! So Kevin then asked him if he believed that God was going to heal his knee. Joe said, "Yeeeeaaaahhhh!" Kevin then knelt down, laid his hands on Joe's left knee and commanded the pain to go and for it to be healed in Jesus name. When Kevin stood up Joe's eyes were like saucers he was so amazed. Joe said all the pain was gone so Kevin had him check it out by putting all of his weight [about 275#] on his left leg. He then asked Joe to squat and Joe couldn't believe there was no pain. He said, "I couldn't do this earlier this morning."

 

Yeah God! 

 

 

Sunday morning, Donna and Kevin were ministering at Christian Renewal Church on Hilton Head Island, SC. During the message Kevin kept encouraging those that had physical pain in their bodies to check to see if the pain was gone. Over 12 people were healed. Here is Heidi's testimony. Heidi is the worship leader and she is a personal trainer and aerobics instructor at a local gym.

"My back has been hurting me for about 6 months.  I did not get an MRI - I just had a Physical Therapist look at me and she suggested my problem was disc-related - a herniated disc, perhaps.  I haven't taught or run for the last four months.  I have had pain every day.  It moved from my spine to my hip, to my gluts, back to my spine.  It has decreased as I have gone without exercise.  But I love teaching.  One way I knew I could check on my healing was by kicking up my left leg as this usually brought great pain.  But as you know, I was able to do it in the church behind the sound booth on Sunday with no problem.  I plan to start teaching again next week. . . . . . "

 

 

' T ' had suffered for over 20 years with back pain due to rupturing his disk working in a coal mine. ' T ' found out that Jesus loved him in a way he had not experience before. Jesus totally healed his back over a 20 minute period. ' T ' even testified that he felt his spine being adjusted like a chiropractor would do it.

In September I was on my way to Jacksonville from my home in Midway to visit my son. I remember having intense pain in my body. (I am healed and I don't even remember what area was hurting-- it was either my right knee or sciatic pain in the right leg) The pain had been evident for a few days and seemed to intensify as I was driving. I remember thinking, "I can't stand this pain --- if it keeps up I will not be able to on". I realized that the exit to your church was just ahead and I decided to exit and pray. My first thought was to drive to the church parking lot and pray there. I began to think about Bethel Church, I had fleeting visions of the people, the praise and the heart of the believers there. The Lord began to impress on me that I could pull on the praise and faith that has permeated the area. While driving to the first red light, at the exit, I prayed something like this.

Father God--- I come to you in the name of Jesus. I thank you for the praise that permeates the very atmosphere here. I remind you of the faith of your people. I pull upon that faith and I declare healing over my body in Jesus name. I remind you of the power of the praise that is under these heavens and I thank you that healing is mine". I turned around at the red light and continued towards Jacksonville.

Later in the evening, on my way back home, while passing the I-95 church exit, I realized that I still had some discomfort in my body-- so I prayed the prayer again--- after that second prayer I became pain free. I remember thinking -- "If I ever pass by this exit and need healing I'm going to pull over at this exit and pray".

Whenever my husband and I visit Bethel we have the opportunity to sow a seed. I love the declaration that we make before we sow. When visiting on the 29th of October, 2006 -- the words DRIVE BY HEALINGS --- jumped out at me. I did not realize those words were in your declaration. I was excited and I wanted to tell somebody that I experienced Drive By Healing. Amazingly your leadership called for testimony.

After I shared with your church about the prayer for healing, I testified that there is a tangible anointing in the area. I can sense the presence of the Spirit. I feel his presence all the way to the first red light where I turned around. You are under saturated heavens. Your worship has changed the very atmosphere in your area.

My husband Allen and I are grateful for the ministry of your church. We love you. We bless you, in Jesus name, and we look forward to the next visit.

Stacy Howe healed - "Having fallen down a set of stairs 2 1/2 years ago I had swelling in my right leg and ankle that would not go away. DIagnosed with a stress fracture, the ankle just would not heal. It would be fine in the morning but by the end of the day the ankle would be swollen to an abnormal size. The pressure was unbelievable and it was extremely uncomfortable to walk on. Many times it had been prayed for and many times the swelling, pressure and pain would go away. However, the next day it would be back to swollen and painful by the end of the day.

 

One evening, our LIFE group went to a shopping area on a treasure hunt. I had to teach a class and could not go. After class I was to meet the group at Starbucks inside Target. My ankle was terribly swollen. When I went inside, the group was sharing what Jesus had shown them and what all had happened on the treasure hunt. Patrick, Jean and Lynne said that God had shown them to look for a someone with a blue boot on that had problems with an ankle. They said they had not found that person. I did not have on blue boots but I was wearing blue shoes and blue hose.

 

Someone noticed I had on blue shoes and hose so Patrick, and the group started praying for me. I could feel waves of electrical energy going through my leg and ankle. I could also feel the swelling and pressure leaving. It was obvious to all those there that something was happeing. My ankle went back to normal size in just a few minutes and I felt like a different person. I have not had swelling, pressure or pain in that ankle since [as of February 2008]."

 

Stacy had freely received healing so she freely gave healing to a student that had a boot on her left foot. "A new student came into my office and had a boot on her left foot. She had apparently broken several bones in her foot as well as her ankle. Also, blood flow and circulation was not normal. I was given the opportunity to heal the broken foot. After prayer her foot got better dropping from a pain level of 10 to a 6.. When she left my office she said the pain had decreased even more.

 

God has been healing knees during our services. The last two Sundays we have had at least three people healed of pain, stiffness, and immobility in their knees. One of the three was healed during praise and worship with no one praying for them. Jesus came and touched her knees and she was healed.

 

Stacy was in a fast food restaurant when she discovered an employee was having abdominal pain. She asked if she could pray for the employee and was giving permission. After prayer the pain was almost completely gone.

 

Judy prayed for a lady that had extreme pain in an ear that was infected and ruptured. After prayer nearly all the pain was gone and hearing was restored.

 

Stacy prayed for a lady at work that had pulled muscles in her back and was in tremendous pain. After prayer her pain level went from a 10 to about a 4. Stacy continued to pray and the lady could feel heat penetrating her back. She said that she felt much better. A few days later Stacy saw her and she had no pain. Glory to God!!!!

 

During worship in our 10:45 service the Lord revealed He wanted to heal shoulders. So the word of knowledge was given and Linda and Melissa responded that they were having pain in their shoulders. They were asked to move their shoulder around and both were instantly healed.

 

While visiting someone in the hospital Kevin had the opportunity to pray for a lady that was in the same room as the person he was visiting. This lady was diagnosed with a condition that would prevent her from ever walking again. The person Kevin went to visit was discharged from the hospital and she and a friend went back several days later to visit the other lady. They found her up and walking with the use of a walker. Yeah God!

"Last night at LIFE group I was healed of neck and back pain. I had been suffering for days with pain so I asked the group to pray for me. Praise the Lord, He completely healed me and all the pain is gone. My neck and back feel great. I can move now with no pain."
