Bethel’s youth group is experiencing growth in many different ways. Starting with a few less than a year ago we now have over 20. They are developing a worship team and their progress is phenomenal. Our youth come from different backgrounds. Many are home-schooled, some are in private school, and others in public school. The beautiful thing about our group of youth is that they have been able to cross over boundaries that have at times separated other groups. They show a sincere love and concern for each other, and others.
 
Our youth are trained to expect the Holy Spirit to bless those they are ministering to with healing, prophetic words and / or other manifestations of His presence. They go on treasure hunts in the community where they pray ahead of time and get special words for people and then ask the Holy Spirit to lead them to those people. It is remarkable how successful they have been. 
 
On one such treasure hunt at the village area of St. SImons Island they ministered to a man with a knee injury. One of the youth had knee injury on their list of special words. They prayed for the man and he was completely healed. He even took his knee brace off because he no longer needed it for support.
